I’m passionate about helping leaders cultivate performance and embed lasting, positive behaviours within their teams. Known for my practical, science-backed approach, I work with executive teams to deliver real-world solutions that create meaningful and sustainable change.
With more than 25 years’ experience leading transformation across industries, I bring together strategy, psychology, and human-centred design to create workplaces where individuals and teams thrive. I hold Master’s degrees in Coaching Psychology and Organisational Psychology, and I’m a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
