Whether it’s leading a global transformation or a targeted executive team program, my goal remains the same.

To make change stick.

Global experience and academic rigour to strengthen performance and wellbeing.

How we can partner to create change that sticks...

While every organisation is unique, the work always begins the same way: gaining clarity on context and strategic intent so we can determine the right change design. Whether the focus is organisation, service, or implementation design, people remain central to success.

Our work will be grounded in genuine conversation and collaboration with senior leaders. This creates the depth of understanding needed to ‘join the dots’ and translate ambition into pragmatic action. The principle is straightforward: only change what’s needed, retain what’s brilliant, amplify leader strengths, and shift the key elements that will shape the future.

What you can expect:

  • Strategic clarity that lands
  • Complexity made actionable
  • Insight beyond your industry
  • A trusted senior partnership
  • Targeted, efficient change

Success Stories

Top Team Alignment – Various

Executive ‘wisdom’ and leadership facilitator to create high performing teams.

Major restructures, financial pressures & a new strategy have led to a range of organisations (Telecoms, Insurance, Govt Agencies, Universities) needing wisdom and a pragmatic approach to increase alignment & effectiveness in their top teams.

Codesigning new ways of working, along with mindset shifts, were the key to achieving strategic goals.

Outcomes:

  • 20% increase in retention of key talent
  • Year on year significant increase in employee engagement scores (3 years of third-party measurement)
  • Planning & delivery of 12 month goals

Transformation Strategy – Energy Sector

Strategic change and transformation design & delivery.

A new CEO at a PE backed renewable energy business needed to unite a business which had grown through acquisition, shape and deliver on a new strategy which took the Energy business from Develop alone to Develop, Operate & Retail.  Essentially, expand the business across the full value chain.

The complex structural & people shift across the entire business required benchmarking, analysis & skilled codesign with facilitation.

Outcomes:

  • New Op model & Org design in under 6 months
  • Efficiency targets of cost-base neutral (despite expansion) achieved
  • New ways of working embedded with clear decision maker for all meetings.
  • Change management capability built.

Wellbeing Strategy – Public sector

A culture where there are more Good Days at Work.

When employee engagement, wellbeing and performance dip, it is as much about culture as it is a leadership issue.  Whether for Police, Healthcare or Infrastructure, experience has shown that an integrated and strategic approach is needed.  Starting with a robust culture & wellbeing audit.  Where are the barriers, & where are the strengths to amplify.  Articulate clearly the role of leaders, behaviours & mindsets that are needed for critical change.

Take a systems view to embed long term shifts & get measurable outcomes.

Outcomes:

  • 50% reduction from ~$600m to ~$300m pa for stress claims under workers’ compensation (Police)
  • First integrated People & Wellbeing Strategy (NSW Health)
  • Globally benchmarked wellbeing audit
  • Three-year roadmap, with cascading Leadership Impact program
